Take your operating room nursing expertise to a dynamic hospital environment in beautiful Northern California. This opportunity is ideal for Registered Nurses skilled in perioperative care and ready to work in a fast-paced surgical setting.

Schedule/Hours:

  • 40 hours per week guaranteed (except holiday weeks — 32 hours during Independence Day and Labor Day weeks)

Qualifications:

  • Active and unrestricted California RN license
  • Recent experience as an OR Circulator (Operating Room Registered Nurse)
  • Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • TB clearance completed within the past 12 months
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with surgical teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Circulate and provide direct patient care during surgical procedures
  • Ensure strict adherence to sterile techniques and safety protocols
  • Collaborate seamlessly with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs to maintain a safe operative environment
  • Conduct pre-operative assessments and assist with patient positioning and prepping
  • Manage documentation and maintain accurate records in compliance with hospital policy
  • Respond rapidly to changing conditions or emergencies in the OR
