Schedule/Hours:

• Four 10-hour shifts per week (40 hours total)
• Day/AM shift

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current, unencumbered RN license required
• Proven Operating Room nursing experience
• Strong proficiency with orthopedic procedures—especially joint replacements and complex ortho cases
• Experience in general surgery and neuro/spine procedures is essential
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative surgical environment
• BLS and ACLS certifications (or willingness to obtain before start)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect patient care in the perioperative setting, focusing on safety and advocacy
• Prepare operating rooms, ensure proper instrumentation, and anticipate surgeon and patient needs
• Serve as a circulating or scrub nurse during procedures across orthopedics, general, and neuro/spine surgeries
• Collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthesia providers, surgical techs, and support staff to ensure seamless case flow
• Maintain meticulous, accurate records according to facility and regulatory requirements
• Uphold aseptic technique and infection prevention protocols at all times
