Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license (state of practice)
• AHA/ARC BLS certification (required)
• AHA/ARC ACLS and PALS certification (required)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Prior acute care facility experience preferred

Responsibilities:

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for individual patients or assigned groups, in alignment with established standards and the nursing process
• Supervise and direct assigned nursing personnel and coordinate interdisciplinary care
• Collect, analyze, and utilize patient data to develop, implement, and evaluate outcome-focused care plans
• Promote a safe and caring environment and provide clear health education to patients, families, and team members
• Participate in discharge planning to ensure seamless patient transitions
• Delegate tasks appropriately and foster teamwork
• Maintain compliance with required vaccinations and organizational safety protocols
