Schedule/Hours:

• Full-time; rotating or set shifts available (detailed schedule discussed upon interview)

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted RN license (state-specific or compact)
• Minimum of 1 year recent Operating Room RN experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Experience with circulating and/or scrubbing in various surgeries preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to surgical patients in accordance with policies and procedures
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical team for optimal outcomes
• Prepare operating rooms, maintain sterile technique, and assist during operative procedures
• Monitor patient status and assist in the transfer to PACU
• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner
• Advocate for patient safety at every stage of pre- and post-operative care
