Registered Nurse - Operating Room (OR RN) in Vail, CO

We're seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with a focus on the Operating Room, ready to deliver safe, compassionate, and individualized care in collaboration with providers and a dedicated healthcare team.

Schedule:

• 36 guaranteed hours per week

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with at least 2 years of recent Operating Room experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong orthopedic surgery experience necessary
• Ability to work collaboratively, multitask, and adapt in a fast-paced surgical setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Assume responsibility and accountability for comprehensive perioperative nursing care tailored to each surgical patient and their family
• Coordinate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical technologists to achieve the best possible outcomes
• Ensure thorough patient assessments, accurate documentation, and clear communication before, during, and after procedures
• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, sterile technique, and hospital policies
• Provide support and education to patients and families, fostering trust throughout the surgical experience
