Desired Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in California (or ability to obtain)
• AHA or ARC BLS certification (required)
• AHA or ARC ACLS certification (required)
• AHA or ARC PALS certification (required)
• Bachelor’s in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Previous acute care facility experience preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated care for OR patients using established nursing standards and processes
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care interventions to meet patient needs
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families to ensure a safe, compassionate patient experience
• Educate patients, families, and team members to promote understanding and wellness
• Provide direct supervision and delegation to other healthcare staff as needed
• Participate actively in discharge planning and care continuity
• Support a culture of safety and organizational excellence
