Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in the state of California (required)
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA or ARC), with PALS required
  • ADN required; BSN preferred
  • Acute care facility experience preferred
  • Strong critical thinking, professional judgment, and communication skills

Schedule/Hours:

  • Full-time travel assignment; specific shift details provided upon application

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and deliver perioperative nursing care using evidence-based practice and the nursing process
  • Supervise and direct assigned nursing staff, ensuring quality and safety
  • Complete patient assessments and analyze health data for effective care planning
  • Collaborate across disciplines and contribute to discharge planning for continuity of care
  • Educate patients, families, and team members, promoting a humane and caring environment
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including required vaccinations
