Qualifications/Desired Experience

• Active, unencumbered RN license (NC or compact state)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum of 2 years recent OR (Operating Room) RN experience
• Strong assessment, critical-thinking, and communication skills
• Experience circulating and/or scrubbing preferred
• Adaptability to fast-paced, dynamic surgical suites

Responsibilities/Duties

• Circulate and/or scrub for a variety of surgical procedures
• Ensure a sterile and safe operating environment
• Collaborate with surgical team members and support staff to provide optimum patient care
• Support patient safety, advocate for patient needs, and maintain detailed clinical records
• Comply with hospital standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
