Registered Nurse - Operating Room (OR RN) - Warren, MI

Step into an essential nursing position supporting perioperative care as a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of perioperative nursing care
• Delegate, supervise, and document care delivered to surgical patients and their families
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the surgical team to ensure seamless, safe, and effective procedures
• Communicate clearly and consistently regarding patient/family needs and status to the healthcare team
• Address and resolve variances from patient care goals and facilitate implementation of effective solutions
• Maintain compliance with established policies and effectively integrate infection control procedures
• Support and educate patients and families throughout the perioperative experience

Desired Qualifications:

• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
• Minimum of one year of recent Operating Room (RN-OR) experience strongly preferred
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong organizational, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
• Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration abilities
• Familiarity with electronic health record documentation
