Registered Nurse - Operating Room | West Chester, Ohio

Qualifications:

• Current and valid RN license
• At least one year of recent experience in an operating room (OR) setting
• Strong knowledge of perioperative procedures and sterile technique
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficient assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

Schedule/Hours:

Key Responsibilities:

• Circulate and/or scrub during OR procedures, adhering to established protocols
• Assess, plan, and implement patient care before, during, and after surgery
• Maintain a sterile environment and monitor for any breaks in technique
• Communicate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs to coordinate care
• Document patient status and all intraoperative activities accurately and promptly
• Support patients and their families with timely updates and compassionate care
