Qualifications:

• Current RN license with eligibility to practice in Iowa
• At least one year of recent Operating Room experience (circulating and/or scrubbing skills preferred)
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred
• Strong assessment, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians and multidisciplinary staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe and effective care before, during, and after surgical procedures
• Circulate and/or scrub in the operating room as required
• Adhere to all infection control and surgical site protocols
• Communicate critical information effectively to the surgical team
• Respond swiftly in emergent situations, demonstrating sound clinical judgment
• Support patients and families with compassion throughout the surgical process
