Schedule/Hours:
- Weekly orientation sessions, beginning each Monday
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid RN license with experience in Operating Room settings
- Current required certifications (must be submitted prior to start, as onsite certification is not available)
- Prepared to complete NM state fingerprint and background check process prior to hire (temporary 14-day waiver possible while results are pending)
- Strong teamwork, communication, and critical thinking skills
- Adaptability to new environments and protocols
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care to surgical patients in a busy OR
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and support staff to ensure optimal outcomes
- Monitor patient safety and respond promptly to changes in condition
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control and documentation procedures
