Schedule/Hours:

• Full-time assignment
• Consistent weekday shifts with occasional on-call rotations

What We Expect:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum 1 year of circulating and scrubbing experience in Operating Room settings
• BLS certification (additional certifications preferred)
• Exceptional communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
• Adaptability to varying case loads and fast-paced environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Directly assist surgeons and surgical teams in the OR, circulating or scrubbing as required
• Monitor and assess patient status before, during, and after procedures
• Maintain aseptic technique and enforce safety protocols at all times
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure seamless patient care
• Meticulously document processes and patient responses
