Schedule/Hours:

• Day shift
• 6:45am–5:15pm, four days a week
• On-call responsibilities

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associates, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Current RN license (Single State or Multi-State Compact)
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
• Experience delivering direct patient care (new graduates with required clinical hours considered)
• Excellent communication, customer service, and collaborative skills
• Proficiency in technology and documentation
• Capable of critical thinking, time management, and composure in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out all steps of the nursing process in planning and providing individualized, evidence-based perioperative care
• Foster collaborative relationships with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Provide timely, clear documentation and practice cultural sensitivity in all patient interactions
• Participate in ongoing professional development, quality improvement initiatives, and shared governance activities
• Serve as a mentor or preceptor and support research/EBP implementation

$1,815 - $1,920/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
