Schedule/Hours:
- Day shift: 6:45am–5:15pm, four days per week
- On-call required
Qualifications:
- Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing required (Bachelor’s preferred)
- Active RN license (Single State or Multi-state Compact)
- BLS certification required (ARC-BLS or BLS-I accepted)
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program with requisite clinical hours
- Experience with direct patient care preferred
- Proficiency in English with strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Basic computer competency
- Excellent time management, critical thinking, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized patient care throughout the perioperative process
- Use critical thinking and evidence-based practice to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care
- Partner with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes
- Foster teamwork through effective communication and inclusiveness
- Support ongoing quality improvement and participate in research and policy development
- Mentor colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment
- Maintain compliance with professional standards, policies, and safety regulations
