Schedule/Hours:

• Day shifts, 6:45am–5:15pm
• 4 days per week with on-call rotation

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver exemplary perioperative nursing care utilizing the nursing process and evidence-based standards
• Foster strong relationships with patients and their significant others, ensuring individualized, culturally competent care
• Document timely and effective communication while promoting a collaborative, inclusive work environment
• Lead and participate in performance improvement initiatives, research activities, and shared governance
• Serve as preceptor or mentor for new nurses and students, modeling professionalism and commitment to a healthy workplace
• Support optimal use of resources and compliance with policies, accrediting standards, and safety goals

Qualifications:

• Associate’s or diploma in nursing (BSN preferred)
• Current, active RN license (single state or multi-state compact)
• BLS certification (or equivalent)
• Completion of an accredited nursing program with OR clinical hours
• Direct patient care experience preferred
• Proficient English communication, computer literacy, and strong critical thinking
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced surgical environment
