Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the home infusion nursing team ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Provide leadership and mentorship to clinical and administrative nursing staff
• Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize patient care
• Monitor clinical performance and patient outcomes, driving continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to maintain high-quality home infusion services

Qualifications and Experience:

• Registered Nurse licensure with a minimum of 5 years practicing within scope
• At least 2 years of management experience in home infusion therapy, home health, or a related healthcare organization
• Minimum of 2 years supervising nursing staff, including clinical and administrative personnel
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 40 hours per week
