This opportunity calls for a skilled nursing professional to lead and oversee home infusion care services in Chesapeake, VA. The role requires a combination of strong leadership abilities and clinical expertise to effectively manage nursing staff and ensure high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse licensure with a minimum of five (5) years of hands-on clinical experience within scope of practice
  • At least two (2) years of management experience in home infusion therapy, home health, or a related healthcare organization
  • Minimum of two (2) years supervising nursing teams, including direct clinical, professional, and administrative staff
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to guide and motivate a team
  • Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of home infusion care standards
