  • Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Schedule/Hours:

  • Contract assignment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients with complex, long-term health needs.
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and update care plans accordingly.
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Administer medications and treatments accurately, in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols.
  • Educate patients and families on care processes and ongoing health management.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate electronic health records.
  • Adhere strictly to safety, infection control, and compliance regulations.
