Key Qualifications:

• Valid and current RN license
• Minimum of 1 year experience in long-term acute care (LTAC) or similar setting
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, critical thinking, and patient monitoring
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Ability to adapt to changing patient situations and work collaboratively with healthcare professionals
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred

Schedule:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Monitor, evaluate, and record patient conditions and progress
• Deliver direct nursing care, medication administration, and treatment according to physician orders
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams for effective patient-centered planning
• Educate patients and families on ongoing care needs and hospital procedures
• Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and protocols regarding infection control and patient safety
• Communicate changes in patient status promptly and appropriately
