This direct hire position requires a strong clinical leader committed to overseeing a healthcare location and ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
Key Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse licensure with a minimum of five years working within the nursing scope of practice
- At least two years of management experience in home infusion therapy, home health, or a comparable healthcare organization
- Minimum of two years supervising nursing staff
- Proven ability to lead and supervise direct clinical, professional, and administrative personnel
Responsibilities:
- Provide strong leadership and direction to the nursing staff and clinical teams
- Oversee daily operations of the home infusion care facility
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies
- Foster a culture of quality, safety, and exemplary patient care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient needs and optimize service delivery
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- 40 hours per week
