Qualifications:

• Active RN license (Iowa or compact)
• Minimum of 1-2 years of recent OR Nursing experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA preferred)
• Proficiency in circulating and/or scrubbing preferred
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Adaptability to new technology, protocols, and fast-paced environments

Responsibilities:

• Provide perioperative care for surgical patients, including pre-op, intra-op, and post-op phases
• Maintain surgical asepsis and assist with instrumentation
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Monitor patient safety and respond promptly to emergencies
• Document care and procedures following regulatory standards
