- Advanced clinical assessment and rapid response skills
- Strong communication abilities with patients and interdisciplinary teams
- Commitment to patient safety, comfort, and privacy throughout the recovery process
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
Schedule:
- 5.25 and 12-hour shifts (details provided during the interview process)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Monitor patients recovering from anesthesia following reproductive endocrinology and OB/GYN procedures
- Provide compassionate nursing care and patient education during the post-operative phase
- Effectively manage pain and potential complications, acting swiftly to support patient safety
- Collaborate closely with physicians, surgical staff, and medical assistants to ensure seamless patient transitions
