Qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in PACU (Post Anesthesia Care Unit) preferred
• BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
• Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Experience with post-operative patient monitoring and recovery protocols
• Ability to quickly adapt in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional care for patients recovering from anesthesia and surgical procedures
• Monitor vital signs, manage pain relief, and respond to patient needs swiftly
• Collaborate closely with surgical teams, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals
• Educate patients and families on post-surgical care and discharge instructions
• Document care accurately and maintain compliance with facility protocols
