Key Qualifications:

• Current RN license (compact or state-specific as required)
• Demonstrated experience in PACU and PreOp nursing
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Monitor, assess, and care for patients pre- and post-anesthesia
• Collaborate with physicians and surgical teams to develop individualized care plans
• Safely administer medications and manage recovery of patients from anesthesia
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient responses
• Provide patient and family education regarding surgical procedures and recovery
