Elevate your nursing career in a dynamic Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) where you’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participate in innovative practices rooted in excellence. Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform independent and delegated nursing functions within established standards and state Board of Nursing guidelines
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient nursing care pre- and post-operatively
  • Conduct ongoing collection and assessment of health data
  • Provide health teaching, counseling, supportive therapy, and restorative treatment
  • Collaborate closely with physicians and other clinicians, executing delegated medical functions
  • Refer patients for further evaluation or care as needed
  • Review, monitor, and document therapy and treatment plans per hospital and regulatory standards
  • Mentor and guide other healthcare staff
  • Flexibly support other departments when needed and participate in on-call rotations

Desired Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in good standing
  • PACU or critical care experience preferred
  • BLS, ACLS certifications required
  • Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to varying team dynamics and changing priorities
