Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive post-anesthesia care for surgical patients
• Monitor, assess, and document patient recovery, responding to changes in condition
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary staff for seamless patient transitions
• Efficiently utilize Meditech EMR to maintain accurate patient records
• Adhere to all clinical protocols and respond quickly to emergent needs
• Participate in on-call rotation with a 30-minute response requirement

Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Minimum 1 year of current acute care hospital PACU experience
• BLS & ACLS certifications
• Positive, adaptable demeanor—patient-focused and resilient under pressure
• Experience with Meditech preferred
• Willingness and flexibility to work variable hours, including on-call
