Schedule/Hours:

• Travel position with flexible assignment lengths
• Day, evening, or rotating shifts may be available depending on facility needs

Key Qualifications:

• Current, unencumbered RN license
• Recent PACU experience required (preferably within the last 1-2 years)
• Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and protocols
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS preferred
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Monitor postoperative patients as they recover from anesthesia
• Assess vital signs and provide immediate intervention as needed
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and fellow nurses for optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
• Educate patients and families regarding postoperative care and discharge instructions
