Requirements:

• Valid, unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of 1 year recent PACU nursing experience
• Current BLS, ACLS certifications (PALS preferred)
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Experience with electronic documentation systems a plus
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced and changing environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct care to post-anesthesia patients, assessing and monitoring vital signs
• Manage pain and complications, intervening rapidly as necessary

• Document care accurately and promptly in accordance with facility protocols
• Educate patients and families regarding post-operative care and discharge instructions
