Deliver high-quality patient care in a Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) by utilizing your skills as a Registered Nurse (RN). Key Qualifications:
- Current and valid RN license.
- Demonstrated experience in PACU or related critical care settings.
- Comprehensive knowledge of post-operative monitoring, assessment, and interventions.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records and patient documentation.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required.
- Strong communication and patient advocacy skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and recovery status following anesthesia, intervening as necessary to ensure safety and comfort.
- Deliver patient-centered care by administering medications, managing pain control, and providing thorough post-operative education.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with hospital protocols.
- Respond promptly to any post-surgical complications or emergencies, applying critical thinking and clinical judgment.
- Provide compassionate care and clear communication to patients and their families during recovery.

$2,299 - $2,432/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
