Travel Registered Nurse - PACU in Ithaca, NY

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Active and unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent PACU or PreOp experience (highly preferred)
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills
• Experience with post-anesthesia care monitoring and interventions

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care and monitoring in the PACU and PreOp settings
• Administer medications, manage IVs, and assess post-surgical status
• Communicate effectively with surgical teams, patients, and families
• Prioritize patient safety and provide clear discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to facility protocols

Schedule/Hours:

• Full-time, with 40-hour work weeks
