Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Active and unencumbered RN license
- Minimum of 1 year of recent PACU or PreOp experience (highly preferred)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills
- Experience with post-anesthesia care monitoring and interventions
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and monitoring in the PACU and PreOp settings
- Administer medications, manage IVs, and assess post-surgical status
- Communicate effectively with surgical teams, patients, and families
- Prioritize patient safety and provide clear discharge instructions
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to facility protocols
Schedule/Hours:
- Full-time, with 40-hour work weeks
