Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Active RN license
• Minimum 1 year in critical care pediatrics (2 years preferred)
• Must have completed at least one travel assignment
• Certifications: BLS, PALS
• Proficient with ICU drips (heparin, insulin, some cardiac)
• Comfortable with pediatric and occasional adult post-op care
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and self-motivated

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate care in a 20-bay PACU for pediatric (and sometimes adult) patients
• Manage telemetry, documentation in EPIC, and medication administration via Omnicell/Alaris
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including support staff and dedicated educators
• Participate in safe patient transports and respond promptly to clinical changes
