Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active, unencumbered RN license required
  • Recent clinical experience in a PACU setting
  • Strong knowledge of post-anesthesia patient assessment and care
  • Expertise in monitoring vital signs and recognizing complications
  • Proficiency with patient charting systems and documentation
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor patients’ recovery after surgical procedures and anesthesia
  • Assess patient vitals, level of consciousness, and pain control needs
  • Administer prescribed medications and interventions as needed
  • Collaborate with anesthesia and surgical teams to deliver seamless care
  • Provide patient and family education on post-surgical recovery
  • Document nursing assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately
  • Ensure a safe, supportive, and compassionate recovery environment

$2,299 - $2,432/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
