Deliver compassionate care as a Registered Nurse specializing in Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) services. Key Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted RN license
• Demonstrated experience in PACU (Post Anesthesia Care Unit) required
• Knowledge of monitoring, post-operative recovery, and pain management protocols
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• CPR/BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
• Ability to work effectively in high-acuity, fast-paced clinical areas
• Dedication to patient safety, quality, and privacy

Schedule:

• 12-hour shifts

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care throughout post-anesthesia recovery, addressing physiological and psychological needs
• Monitor vital signs, administer IV medications, and respond to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and transitions
• Educate patients and their families regarding recovery processes, discharge instructions, and post-procedure expectations
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation, adhering to strict safety and infection control protocols
• Support a culture of empathy and respect at all stages of patient recovery
