Schedule:

• Four 10-hour shifts: M-F (combination of 08:00–18:30, 09:00–19:30, 10:00–20:30, or 10:30–21:00)
• Weekend and holiday on-call rotations:
  • Friday night call: 21:00–07:00
  • Weekend call: Saturday 07:00 – Sunday 23:00
  • Sunday night call: 23:00–07:00
  • Potential call: Mon–Thu, 20:30–07:00 (as needed)

Qualifications:

• Active RN license and strong clinical background
• Recent experience in PACU, including phase 1, pre-op, and phase 2
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (must be current)
• Excellent communication, adaptability, and critical assessment skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional care throughout the pre-op, phase 1, and phase 2 recovery process
• Monitor, assess, and document patient status post-anesthesia
• Respond to emergencies and collaborate closely within a multidisciplinary team
• Deliver compassionate, attentive care during all phases of patient recovery
