Travel Registered Nurse - PACU (RN) - Trumansburg, New York

Schedule/Hours:

• 3x12-hour day shifts
• Shifts range: 6:00am–6:30pm, 7:00am–7:30pm, 8:00am–8:30pm, or 9:00am–9:30pm
• On-call: approximately 3–4 weeknight calls (9:00pm–7:00am) and one 24-hour weekend call (7:00am–7:00am) in an 8-week period; may fluctuate based on staffing needs

Your responsibilities will center on Pre-Op and Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) nursing, delivering high-level care to surgical patients. Desired Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Recent PACU (Post-Anesthesia Care Unit) nursing experience
• Competency in preoperative and postoperative patient assessments

• Willingness to take call shifts and support team flexibility

Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized nursing care in the PACU and Pre-op settings
• Monitor, assess, and document patient recovery from anesthesia
• Respond proactively to patient needs and any emergent situations
• Communicate effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and support staff
• Maintain compliance with current standards and hospital protocols
