Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient care in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit, monitoring for complications and ensuring a safe recovery from anesthesia.
• Perform assessments, implement physician orders, and rapidly respond to patients’ evolving needs.
• Coordinate communication between physicians, families, and surgical teams for seamless care transitions.
• Maintain detailed, accurate documentation of patient status and interventions.
• Uphold strict infection control and patient safety standards.

Desired Qualifications:

• Current RN license with eligibility to practice in Wisconsin.
• Previous experience in PACU or critical care settings strongly preferred.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications.
