Schedule & Hours:

• Full-time travel assignment, shifts vary

• Orientation: NEO day and two precepted shifts

Your Qualifications:

• Active RN license with BLS and PALS certifications
• Minimum of 1 year pediatric critical care experience (2 years preferred)
• At least one prior travel assignment completed
• Proven skills managing common critical gtts (heparin, insulin, cardiac)
• Ability to contribute in a team-focused, fast-paced environment
• Experience with EMR (EPIC), Alaris IV pumps, Omnicell, and Philips monitors

Primary Duties:

• Deliver exceptional care for pediatric post-surgical patients (ages 0-17), occasionally caring for adult patients if needed
• Maintain acuity-appropriate RN:patient ratios (1:1 to 1:2)
• Monitor telemetry, manage post-op assessments, and respond to emergent needs
• Collaborate with anesthesia, charge staff, and support roles in a multidisciplinary setting
