Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active RN license required
  • Minimum of one year recent pediatric nursing experience in a hospital or clinical setting
  • Current BLS certification (PALS preferred)
  • Strong assessment and clinical skills in pediatric care
  • Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation
  • Administer medications, treatments, and perform procedures in accordance with established protocols
  • Monitor patient conditions and collaborate with pediatricians and healthcare professionals to adjust care plans as needed
  • Educate patients and their families on health management, care processes, and post-treatment instructions
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and documentation
  • Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies and changes in patient status
  • Promote a child-friendly, supportive environment to ease anxiety and foster healing
