Travel Pediatric Nurse (RN) in High Point, NC

Qualifications:

• Active and unencumbered RN license
• At least one year of recent pediatric nursing experience
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification preferred
• Excellent clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct, evidence-based nursing care to pediatric patients
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and perform assessments
• Communicate changes in patient condition to physicians and caregivers promptly
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatments, and at-home care
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and documentation
• Ensure infection control, safety, and compliance with facility protocols
• Work closely with pediatricians, therapists, and other care professionals to support optimal outcomes
