You'll be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team in a 15-bed PICU, featuring advanced technology and a supportive leadership structure. Exposure to varied clinical practices and seasoned team members, including intensivists and case management professionals, will help elevate your critical care nursing skills while broadening your perspective. Working with cutting-edge systems like Meditech and benefitting from the hospital’s teaching environment, you will strengthen your adaptability, clinical decision-making, and leadership abilities.

Schedule/Hours:

• 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM shifts

Required Qualifications:

• Current RN license with at least 1 year of recent acute care PICU experience
• BLS and PALS certifications

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• CRRT experience
• APHON certification
• Teaching hospital or pediatric experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional nursing care to critically ill children
• Initiate and monitor IV lines, blood draws, and TPT placements
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain patient ratios of 2:1, ensuring focused and compassionate attention

$1,815 - $1,920/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
