Schedule/Hours:

• 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• At least 1 year of recent acute care PICU RN experience
• Current BLS and PALS certifications
• Ability to perform IV starts, blood draws, and TPT placements

Preferred Experience:

• Exposure to CRRT
• APHON certification
• Background in a pediatric teaching hospital

Responsibilities:

• Manage a 2:1 patient ratio in a 15-bed PICU
• Deliver care in collaboration with intensivists, RTs, and other healthcare professionals
• Respond rapidly to changes in patient condition
• Maintain detailed documentation using Meditech/CPN
• Contribute to a supportive, team-oriented environment
