Qualifications & Experience:
- Active RN license with eligibility to practice
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a PICU setting
- Current BLS and PALS certifications
- Strong assessment and problem-solving skills in acute pediatric care
- Familiarity with ventilators, critical infusions, and advanced monitoring equipment
- Excellent communication abilities for family interaction and care coordination
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to pediatric patients requiring intensive medical intervention
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment

- Offer education and emotional support to families throughout the PICU stay
- Maintain accurate records in accordance with hospital and regulatory standards
