Qualifications:
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of two years of recent experience in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU)
- Current BLS and PALS certifications
- Proficiency in pediatric critical care interventions and monitoring
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with pediatric specialists, physicians, and families
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for critically ill pediatric patients
- Monitor and interpret vital signs and respond promptly to changes in patient status
- Administer medications, therapies, and interventions as prescribed

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
