Qualifications & Experience:

• Active RN license with eligibility to practice
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a PICU setting
• Current BLS and PALS certifications
• Strong assessment and problem-solving skills in acute pediatric care
• Familiarity with ventilators, critical infusions, and advanced monitoring equipment
• Excellent communication abilities for family interaction and care coordination
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment

• Provide direct nursing care to pediatric patients requiring intensive medical intervention
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment

• Offer education and emotional support to families throughout the PICU stay
