Exciting opportunity for experienced Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) nurses seeking a travel assignment in Southern Idaho. Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Current and unencumbered RN license
- Minimum of 1 year recent PICU nursing experience (hospital setting preferred)
- Proficiency in delivering advanced care to critically ill pediatric patients
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
Schedule/Hours:
- Flexible shifts may be available based on department needs
- 13-week contract assignment
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents in the PICU
- Monitor, assess, and respond to changes in patient conditions with urgency and precision
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary care teams
- Administer medications, treatments, and manage advanced life support equipment as required
