Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with eligibility to practice
• Minimum of one year of recent experience in a PICU setting
• Current BLS and PALS certifications
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess the condition of pediatric patients, responding promptly to changes in their status
• Administer medications, treatments, and ventilator management as directed by physician orders and protocols

• Collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and other team members to create and implement individualized care plans
