Serving a Level II Trauma pediatric ICU, you’ll join a 38-member multidisciplinary team in a state-of-the-art unit featuring 15 beds, advanced continuous monitoring technology, and a robust Meditech/CPN charting system. The shift hours for this position are 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, providing both continuity of care for patients and consistency in your schedule. Here, you’ll collaborate closely with dedicated intensivists, respiratory therapists, case management, and more—a prime environment to learn from seasoned professionals and witness a variety of leadership styles.

Required Qualifications:

  • Active RN license
  • Minimum 1 year of recent acute care hospital PICU nursing experience
  • BLS & PALS certifications

Preferred Experience:

  • CRRT exposure
  • Pediatric teaching hospital background
  • APHON membership/experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-acuity pediatric care (2:1 nurse-patient ratio)
  • Perform IV starts, blood draws, and TPT placements
  • Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and patient care planning

$1,815 - $1,920/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
