Schedule/Hours:

• 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM shifts

Qualifications:

• Active RN license and current BLS & PALS certifications
• At least one year of recent acute care hospital experience in PICU
• Adaptable, thrives under pressure, and prioritizes high-quality patient care
• Preferred: Experience with CRRT, APHON, or pediatric teaching hospitals

Clinical Duties:

• Provide expert nursing care for critically ill pediatric patients with a 2:1 patient ratio
• Collaborate with intensivists, RTs, case managers, and dietary staff
• Perform IV starts, blood draws, and TPT placements
• Utilize Meditech/CPN EMR systems for documentation
• Respond effectively to emergencies and adapt to rapidly changing clinical needs
