Key Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in PICU and/or ICU settings
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical thinking abilities
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct nursing care for pediatric and adult patients in the ICU and PICU with complex medical needs
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and progress
- Administer prescribed medications, therapies, and interventions per protocol
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and ancillary staff for coordinated patient care
- Support patients’ families with education, updates, and emotional care throughout hospitalizations
- Maintain strict compliance with safety, infection control, and healthcare regulations

$2,149 - $2,274/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
