Registered Nurse - PICU (RN) in Nampa, ID

Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) nurses are needed for a 13-week specialized assignment in a hospital setting in Southern Idaho. Qualifications:

• Current RN license valid in Idaho or compact state eligibility
• Minimum of 1 year of recent PICU experience required

• Current BLS and PALS certifications (AHA preferred)
• Proficient in pediatric ventilator care, central lines, and emergency protocols
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing situations

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for critically ill pediatric patients in the PICU
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans collaboratively

• Offer emotional support to patients’ families and participate in patient/family education
