Registered Nurse - PICU (RN) in Shawnee, KS

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in good standing
• Minimum of one year recent experience in Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) and/or Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
• BLS and PALS certifications required; ACLS preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and documentation skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Flexibility to adapt to varying patient needs and priorities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based care to pediatric and progressive care patients, monitoring vital signs and responding swiftly to changes in condition
