Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess the condition of critically ill pediatric patients
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Use advanced medical equipment and technology to support patient care
- Educate and support families regarding their child’s condition and care requirements
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare standards
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Experience in Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) nursing preferred
- Strong clinical skills in critical care and emergency response
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
- CPR and pediatric advanced life support (PALS) certifications preferred
