As a critical member of the PICU team, you’ll care for pediatric patients in a 15-bed unit with a supportive staff of 38, state-of-the-art CR monitoring technology, and a focus on best practices. Working with a 2:1 patient ratio and Meditech/CPN EMR, you’ll enhance your clinical expertise in a setting that values education, innovation, and high-quality care.
Schedule:
- 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Desired Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year recent acute care hospital PICU RN experience
- Active RN license
- Current BLS and PALS certifications
Preferred Experience:
- CRRT proficiency
- APHON membership or credentials
- Previous experience at a pediatric teaching hospital
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform IV starts, blood draws, and TPT placements
- Deliver safe, effective care to critically ill pediatric patients
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team—including intensivists, RTs, and dietary staff
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital protocols
