Key Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Minimum 1 year of recent acute care hospital PICU RN experience
- Current BLS & PALS certifications
- CRRT experience, APHON certification, or prior pediatric teaching hospital experience are strong advantages
Daily Responsibilities:
- Safely manage a 2:1 nurse-patient ratio within a supportive multidisciplinary team
- Execute critical pediatric procedures such as IV starts, blood draws, and TPT placements
- Collaborate in a technologically advanced, patient-centered environment
