Schedule/Hours:

• 7p-7a night shift
• Weekend rotation required

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patient needs to deliver individualized, direct care on an assigned unit.
• Analyze comprehensive patient information—including medical history and diagnostics—to develop customized nursing care plans.
• Prepare and implement nursing processes such as medication administration and therapeutic interventions.
• Reconcile and review medical records for accuracy, complying with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Continuously evaluate patient responses to interventions, adapting care plans accordingly.
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes.
• Perform additional clinical duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year as a Registered Nurse required; at least 1 year in an ANCC-defined clinical specialty favored.
• Active, unrestricted RN license in North Carolina or a compact state.
• Current BLS certification via AHA or American Red Cross.
