Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patient needs and conditions to deliver high-quality nursing care in the psychiatric setting.
• Analyze medical histories, diagnostic results, and present conditions to create individualized nursing care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per established protocols, ensuring patient safety.
• Accurately reconcile medical records in compliance with all regulatory standards and facility guidelines.
• Evaluate patient responses and adjust interventions to achieve care goals.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to facilitate comprehensive care planning.
• Perform other essential duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
• Active RN license in North Carolina or from a compact state
• BLS (CPR) certification via American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider
• Minimum 1 year as a Registered Nurse
• 1 year of clinical specialty experience in psychiatric/mental health setting preferred
